Policies:

  • Booking Policy: Reservations must be made at least 30 days in advance. A deposit is required to confirm bookings.

  • Usage Policy: Events must align with community values and safety standards. No unauthorized equipment or decorations are allowed.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the event for a full refund. Late cancellations may result in a forfeited deposit.

  • Safety Policy: Adherence to all fire and safety regulations is mandatory. Security personnel may be required for large events.

  • Damage Policy: Users are responsible for damages caused during the event. A damage deposit may be required.

  • Noise Policy: Events must comply with local noise ordinances. Noise levels should be minimized after 10 PM.

  • Cleanup Policy: Event organizers are responsible for post-event cleanup. Additional fees apply for excessive mess or trash.

  • Prohibited Activities: Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Weapons or dangerous items are not allowed.

  • Payment Policy: Full payment must be made before the event. Accepted forms of payment include credit cards and checks.

  • Accessibility Policy:The arena is ADA-compliant and accessible to all individuals.
